We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically savvy Analyst to ensure the functional accuracy of our products, support seamless customer setups, and derive actionable insights through rigorous data analysis, testing, and effective collaboration. What you’ll do
- Data Stewardship: Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of data to support critical events in our code process.
- Automation and Collaboration: Work with operations and automation teams to streamline data management tasks.
- Issue Resolution: Monitor, troubleshoot, and lead remediation efforts for product data issues.
- Testing and Reporting: Develop and execute test plans for functional and regression testing; track, maintain, and report defects and new features.
- Requirements Analysis: Break down product requirements into technical JIRA stories and acceptance criteria.
- Customer Setup Support: Assist with the technical configuration and integration testing for new customers.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Utilize technical knowledge to validate requirements and support implementation processes.
What we’re looking for
- Analytical Skills: A strong curiosity about data with the ability to think critically and derive actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex findings clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience: At least 3 years in a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or a technology-driven environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with JSON, NodeJS, and other data interchange formats. Experience in writing and deplying code using Java, Kotlin, or Python a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience with US Accounting and Property Accounting is highly desirable.
